In line with their expansion in the UK, the company is actively seeking a Brand Manager to join their accomplished marketing team. The ideal candidate should possess a natural flair for creativity, unafraid to challenge conventional boundaries in the creative realm. A solid foundation in the science underpinning the aesthetics industry, particularly regarding aesthetics devices, is essential. Proficiency in both B2 B and B2 C communication within this sector is crucial, as the role involves taking charge of one of the company's key brands. This responsibility offers strategic and creative autonomy, enabling the candidate to spearhead the brand's growth and enhance its prominence among clinics and consumers across the UK.
Key responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's device brand strategy to heighten brand visibility, awareness, and market share. Identify B2 B and B2 C trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities for the brand. Manage and oversee brand budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation for maximum impact. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams marketing, sales, clinical, and service to gather feedback for continuous development and maintain brand consistency across all channels and cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, such as media, influencers, and industry partners. Utilize creativity and keen attention to detail in supporting the execution of brand experience events.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria: Solid background in marketing and brand management roles. Previous experience in Aesthetics is an advantage. Proficiency in developing campaigns from initial idea to final implementation. Proven skill in crafting compelling copy and transforming technical content into engaging narratives.
