Our client a leading international main contractor with a €500+m turnover require a Snr M&E Quantity Surveyor working on a new data centre project based in Denmark. You will be qualified, with 5+ years experience ideally with previous experience of working on data centre projects. Your responsibilities will include identifying package scope, vendor selection and approval, preparation of Bid Documents, preparing cost budgets, BOQ’s, levelling bids and providing reports, client liaison with the Client on procurement of the Clients Supply of Major Plant and Equipment and managing interface with Packages. You will also be required to assess and measure work packages from drawings and apply costs/rates to work up package pricing. Additional responsibilities will include reviewing of all current live jobs, with detailed financial support including procurement, contract placement, valuations and final accounts. You will also be expected to undertake regular site meetings to monitor and control costs, whilst ensuring adequate work progress.
