What Will You Be Doing?
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be given the keys to run your own business within a business. From sourcing top‑tier candidates to building relationships with niche clients, you'll have full ownership of the 360° recruitment process.
You’ll be:
Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
Winning and managing clients within your niche market
Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
Working towards clear KPIs and goals
Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out
We care more about character than credentials. What we’re looking for is,
A recent graduate (any discipline welcome!)
Competitive and likes to lead from the front
Target-driven and thrives under pressure
A natural communicator with resilience and energy
Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
Ideally (but not essential) have experience in customer service
