The team are highly regarded for the career development of their team, with a flat-structure and transparent promotion pathways. In this role, you will join a team responsible for a national fund’s commercial assets covering across the Midlands, London, and regions which include central A-grade offices, and out-of-town retail & industrial parks.
The team are not confined to the client’s assets in the Midlands, travelling and inspecting the clients’ buildings across London and the regions.
Alongside traditional investment property management responsibilities, such as lease events, service charges, and value-add opportunities, you will have direct contact with the client and be essential in developing the close relationship.
