We are currently working with an Insurance Broker, who have a great opportunity available to join them as a Office & Facilities Co-ordinator. The role itself provides end to end administrative support to any member of staff under the direction of the Principal/Directors. You will be required to carry out a range of both general office work and more specific administrative tasks to ensure the efficient running of the office.

This job offers flexible working after the pandemic, with the option to work from home at least 2 days a week, with 3 in the office.

To be considered you must have good administration experience, including strong IT skills (Word & Excel)

So what can you expect in return? In short we think a pretty good package!

The salary on offer is circa £20,000, Holiday Entitlement of 25 days per year plus bank holidays. This increases after two years’ service to 28 days and after five years to 32 days! They also offer additional Holidays: They operate an office closure during the Christmas and New Year holiday period that provides up to an additional 3 days of extra leave. You will have access to a medical scheme to help you with the cost of your everyday healthcare fully funded by them such as optical, dental and many more. You will also get access to a Gym discount, family days out discount and online health risk assessment.

There is also a generous pension scheme on offer. This plan allows employees to contribute a minimum of 2% of their gross salary up to the maximum allowed within HMRC limits. The company will contribute twice your contribution, up to a maximum of 10%!

There is also free car parking on site for all employees.

You will be joining an existing team of friendly and experienced professionals, that really do get on and care about the company they work for.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, however all staff are given an extra 2 hours off a week to do with as they want!
