One of our clients based in Leatherhead area is currently looking for dedicated and passionate care Assistants to work on a flexible/ patterned shift. They are specialized in providing support to elderly people with dementia. It a really lovely place, the care home is residential and private and their description for their home is:

They take pride in developing their work force to their full potential and have a wide varied care homes available, and they are looking for someone who can easily adapt working with ealdery people with dementia and other complex needs.
As a Care Assistant you will help people who have difficulties with their daily activities. You will need to be motivated and have good communications skills. You must be approachable and have a caring approach to people from a variety of backgrounds.
Requirements for care assistant role:
Up to date CV – Please note that you have to have provide a CV without Gaps and go back up to school time
