Operations are what make the experience feel effortless. We’re now looking for an Event Operations Manager to ensure events are planned, coordinated and delivered with consistency, care and control.
The Role As Event Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the operational backbone of events.
You’ll oversee logistics, lead and support the operations team, and act as a steady point of contact for clients and partners. This role suits someone who thrives on organisation, anticipates needs early, and ensures everything runs smoothly without drawing attention to itself.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the operational planning and delivery of events, ensuring consistency and quality throughout
Manage, mentor and support event coordinators and operations staff
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and service partners
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Manage all event logistics including catering, AV, transport, staffing and on-site support
Ensure all events comply with health & safety regulations and relevant industry standards
Monitor event delivery in real time, resolving operational issues calmly and effectively
Review event performance and client feedback to improve future operations and service standards
About You Experience in event operations, event coordination or hospitality operations
Highly organised, reliable and comfortable managing multiple logistics streams
Calm under pressure, with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset
Confident leading teams and coordinating external suppliers
Clear communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues
Strong understanding of health & safety and event compliance requirements
Someone who takes pride in making complex operations feel simple
