The Board As a registered charity, HWT operates as a company limited by guarantee – hence the Trustees of the charity are also the Board of Directors for the company. Trustees are expected to attend up to 10 formal meetings a year as well as annual workshops and training opportunities. At present most meetings are held by Zoom. Face to face meetings, when they resume, are held at Queenswood Country Park. Trustees are reimbursed for the reasonable expenses of fulfilling their duties.
