Job description AE / Platform Sales Manager (SaaS experience required) Selling into existing partners up to £50-70k Basic Salary, plus generous commission Permanent, full time Hybrid working – work from home and office in Central London (3 days) Proptech Startup with huge growth potential $5million series A funding just completed Are you experienced in SaaS sales, right across the sales cycle? If this, is you, look no further We have the perfect role for you with our client. This is an exciting SaaS partnerships role with a sales focus and revenue targets. With a Founder who has already been through multiple exits, our client launched 2018 and have already acquired clients such as WeWork, CBRE, JLL & The Office Group and now there is so much more to come. Our client acts as a marketplace for shared office & coworking space and you’ll be building relationships with the client’s partners and upselling/cross-selling a suite of tools, APIs and solutions that help shared office spaces connect with end users. As they look to take their growth to the next level, we are hiring 3 new members of our client’s sales team including this role, reporting directly to the VP. This is a start-up environment so you will need to show resilience and grit. However, they are also in a unique position whereby they have no real direct competitors, making their value proposition extremely compelling. In joining this incredible Proptech Startup (Series A) you’ll be the first dedicated Sales hire in the team, with an opportunity to grow a team and define the organisation’s future. This is an amazing opportunity to set the tone, impact on the organisation’s growth and be the first in role in what will be a fast-growing SaaS company. In this role, you will have direct access into the C level team. Key responsibilities Identifying and building your pipeline of partners Arranging demos, training, pilots and trials Scoping pre-sales solutions together with the Valve platform solutions team Ensuring of delivery of solutions for clients through to conversion Build trusted relationships with each client, be that trusted business solutions advisor Spearhead Platform revenue growth Essential skills 3-5 years sales experience, ideally in SaaS Obsessed with delivering excellence Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel Excellent communicator, both written and verbal Experienced at presenting in person and on video calls Organised, disciplined, ambitious and motivated Track record of driving results, revenue and exceeding clients’ expectations Excited to speak with new people and stakeholders Self-starter attitude – This is a start-up and the right candidate will need drive Adaptable and resilient – Our Client are growing and evolving fast, every day. You’ll need to be prepared to be on that journey and adapt as you go Desirable skills Previous experience in the flexible workspace industry Previous experience working with and/or delivering SaaS based technology solutions Demonstrable results and impressive performance Data driven decision making is desirable Ability to collaborate with senior management and cross functional stakeholders
