We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Director for a high profile client basedin Central London.

Our Account Director will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing high-profile accounts, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction.

Job Description This role would suit an individual who thrives working in an inclusive, value-driven, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.

This role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring the successful execution of all WSH services including retail, hospitality, welcome services and events.

The Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and culinary, to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsible for developing a culture of excellence that delivers on the provision of a 5 star service that supports our vision and values for the development of our people and business Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of professionals and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities Oversee the planning and execution of all services ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.

Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to ensure development of innovative menu concepts and service solutions.

Manage budgets, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations to achieve financial targets.

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry and inform strategic decisions.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications Possess great organisation skills, exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude Excellent execution of report writing and financial management Excellent problem-solving skills and be able to devise and implement strategies to benefit both the company and the client.

Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service and be able to demonstrate your analytical approach to problem solving Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.

Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

Strong business acumen with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
